My weight...
So my weight as of Friday morning was 245.6. WOOO HOOO!! Hopefully this next week is good to me as I cannot get outside because it will be nasty but I am hoping that doing all my spring cleaning will help get my butt moving.

ACK!!!!
I must must must get back on track. I gained 2 lbs back. Holy crap. What the deuce?!?!?!?!
I know my eating habits have gone back downhill a bit. The last week was not good. I made chocolate cake cookies with peanut butter frosting on Saturday night. They were so good. K and I ate quite a few.
So I am starting out this week with a bang.

Oops check in day
I completely forgot it was FRIDAY and my check-in day. So I ate breakfast before weigh-in. I will just have to wait to weigh-in until Tommorrow. Damn!

Monthly Check in time...
How did I do?
~drink more water, less diet cola ( I am a diet cola junkie! )
I have done pretty good on this. I don't always meet my goal but I do alright
~work out a minimum of 3 times a week
I did really well in the beginning but have slacked off some as of late. I will be doing better on this next month
~lose 5 lbs by the end of the month
I will know this tommorrow
~start journaling my food every day, every bite
I did well at the beginning but I stopped doing this because I am doing fine with me eating habits ~plan ahead for lunches better ( I do awesome with dinner but lunch is whatever I feel like at the time) I am doing really well on this.
~Eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. basically eat every 3-4 hours. Well I have been eating 3 meals a day but not always eating the 2 snacks.

It's Friday
and that means it is my check-in day.
My weight today is 243 for a weekly loss of 2.4 lbs. I should not have lost weight this week. I only worked out once. The only reason that I can figure is because of the stress I have had this week and being sick the first 2 days of the week. When I get stressed I normally eat but this week I made a conscious effort not to while I was stressing. I still ate but I picked healthy things instead of junk food.
I am getting so close to a goal of 15 lbs lost. 1 more lb to go. 15 lbs since November 21st. I have lost an average of 1.5 lbs a week since starting. Wooo hooo!!!!

monthly goal check in time again
current monthly goals:
~drink more water, less diet cola ( I am a diet cola junkie! )
doing much better with this. I am getting at least 8 glasses a day, sometimes in the form of tea, or crystal light.
~work out a minimum of 3 times a week
I have done some form or exercise just about everyday since setting my monthly goals
~lose 5 lbs by the end of the month
I am almost there .8 lbs to go!!
~start journaling my food every day, every bite
I did really well until this week. I am starting this again next week
~plan ahead for lunches better ( I do awesome with dinner but lunch is whatever I feel like at the time)

The other was to pay as much as I could to the hospital from the birth of the baby. We currently owe less than 1/2 of what we did at the beginning of the month so I am proud of that. One of my other goals was to not use my credit card, I haven't yet and do not plan to. I also wanted to send as much as I could to my credit card so it will be paid off once again. I send a lot but I could have sent more. I am going to try to send more next week.

245.4 not bad for not really counting calories this week. I slacked off a bit in the exercise too.
I tried on some pants last night. Size 18 and 1 size 17 and they fit. I could get them on and buttoned. They were a little too tight yet for my taste but I could wear them. Yeah!!! The scale may not be reflecting much of a loss but I am definitly slimming down.

Check-in day
well I gained just the slightest bit, not even really a gain, .2. Seriously can I even count that? I have lost that after going to the bathroom. I drank some water when I got up with the baby at 2:30. That could have have even caused the gain. I have gained more than that after a meal. But that is my weight this morning. Still down 10 lbs from my starting weight however. I have lost almost 3 lbs this month. I am also down 1.6 for the week since last Friday. The .2 lb gain is from Wednesday's weigh-in.

I have have been working on this. I am down to 3 sodas a day but I have upped my water considerably
~work out a minimum of 3 times a week
Beating this goal. I have worked out everyday but one since 1/1/08
~lose 5 lbs by the end of the month
I am well on my way. The month is not even half over yet and I have lost 2.8 lbs

3 meals a day is going good. The snacks are going ok. I have been kinda slacking on the snacking and eating bigger meals.

Check-in day
I am down 1 lb since Wednesday or 2 lbs for the week. I have lost an average of almost 1 1/2 lbs a week since starting my diet & exercise routine. That is a good steady weight loss. I am definitely past my first goal of breaking the 250 mark on my scale. Next mini goal is 10 lbs of total loss.
I tried on a pair of pants today that I have not been able to wear for awhile, size 18. They fit! I could get them on and button them without a struggle. They are a bit too tight to actually wear without looking like I am suffocating myself but they fit!!! I tried on a different pair of size 18 then. Different brand and they did not fit. I could not even get them over my belly. Why are jeans so different sized depending on the brand?

AMAZING
Even with my crappy eating this week and not working out as much as I would have liked, I STILL lost 1 lb. I weighed myself 4 times just to be sure. 251. I should break the 250 mark by next weigh-in. 4 lbs to go to my first goal.
When I see that number drop and see that my clothes are fitting even the tiniest bit better it is good motivation for me. I would like to see myself back to my prepregnancy weight of 225 in 8 weeks. So by February 29th, I want to be at my pregnancy weight. O will be 5 months. I would like to be at 220 by the time she is 6 months. In order to reach my 2nd goal of 225, I need to lose 3 lbs a week.
Because I like to use measurements and how my clothes fit as an indicator of weight loss, I would like to be in my size 18s in 8 weeks and my size 16s in 16 weeks.

tommorrow is check-in day
I am sure that I did not lose any weight this week. In fact I probably gained. If I did gain it is not more than 2 lbs though.
I worked out today. I have a little personal trainer. She is 2. She reminds me to work out every morning as soon as Dora is done. She also had me work out tonight as well. Goof ball.

1st official check in and more thoughts
252 lbs. Down 5 lbs. I probably could have lost more but I only took Alli once a day, before dinner. I am still happy with losing that much. That is from starting Alli 9 days ago. I didn't work out alot, I went for a short walk and worked for 4-6 hours on my feet with lots of bending and arm motion. I didn't eat the healthiest since Monday.
I learned a few things though if I am going to work full-time:
Get a good nights rest.
Pack my lunch at night.
Get the clothes for the kids and myself ready before bed.
Make O's bottles before bed.
Pretty much do everything that I can before bed so that I am not rushed in the morning.
This week, although the days were shorter than would be if I worked full-time, was a good test to see if I am ready to work full-time. I am. Granted, some of the nights and days were tougher than others. The baby did not sleep well a couple nights and K didn't either, but I am glad for that. It gave me a truer sense of what it would be like to work full-time. I think I can handle it. Some days will be rough.

first check-in
255 lbs. I have finally broke the plateau. YEAH!! Obviously my weight flucuates by more than that in a single day but that is my weight before eating or drinking anything.

tommorrow is check in day.
Although I am not expecting to see any results, I am still kinda hoping to see something. I will not get down if I do not see results. It has only been 2 days! I will weigh in tommorrow when I wake up and if I have time before work, I will post the weight.
I have to modify my goals for next week, regarding working out, because I am scheduled to work Monday through Friday. By the time I get home, get dinner made, pack hubby's lunch and mine, bathe the girls and pick up the house, I am ready to collapse so I will not be working out during the week. If I feel like it, I will but I am not going to push it. Next week is my last week of work so I will have plenty of time to work out after that.

measurements and my check in day
I have always believed that measurements are a truer indicator of weight loss than the number on the scale. I took my measurements before I started dieting. I will measure myself again in 1 month to see where I am at there. I registered on spark people and entered that information.
My check-in day with Alli will be Fridays. I am going to check in this Friday. I do not expect to see results yet. I hope I do but I do not expect to. I will hope for 2 lbs by next Friday 12/21. I would prefer to not check in on Mondays because everything with us is up in the air on weekends. We have a usual routine but I don't usually get in a workout. We eat healthy still but hubby is home so he kind of messes up the routine. I like having him here but it is hard to do certain things with him home. I hate working out with him here because he watches me. I do NOT like being watched while I work out. That is why I never liked going to the gym. I doubt the people there are actually watching me but I feel awkward so I just don't go. Hubby likes to watch me workout but I am really uncomfortable with it. The computer is in the living room, where I work out as well, so it isn't like he can just go in the other room either.
